Shipping Policy — MeritSalute

Effective date: September 8, 2025

MeritSalute products are made to order in Maryland by our veteran & family-owned shop. We hand-finish each piece to ensure quality, so the timelines below include both production and carrier transit.

Processing Times

  • Standard items: 3–5 business days

  • Personalized/custom pieces (engraving, nameplates, etc.): 5–10 business days

  • Large/volume orders: 7–14 business days (we’ll confirm timelines by email)

Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our shop.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Windows

  • U.S. Standard (carrier-calculated at checkout): typically 2–5 business days in transit

  • Expedited options (when available): rates shown at checkout; transit times depend on the carrier service selected

  • Free Shipping: U.S. orders $75+ ship free (subtotal after discounts, before taxes; standard service)

Carriers used: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Some services may not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

APO/FPO/DPO & Military Addresses

We proudly ship to APO/FPO/DPO via USPS. Please allow 2–4 weeks for delivery depending on destination and mail routing. Tracking updates may be limited once the parcel enters the military mail system.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries at checkout. Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. Typical transit: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your address, items, or cancel, contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Once an order enters production (especially custom pieces), changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it once we receive it back; additional postage will apply.

Tracking, Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

  • Tracking will be emailed when your order ships.

  • If tracking shows Delivered but you don’t have the package, please:

    1. wait 24–48 hours for possible carrier updates,

    2. check with neighbors/household members, and

    3. verify the shipping address on your order.
      If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date so we can help start a carrier trace. Please note carriers are responsible for final delivery scans; replacements/refunds for lost/stolen parcels are handled case-by-case.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or fix.

Split Shipments

To get items to you faster, parts of your order may ship separately at no extra cost.

Holiday & Peak Seasons

During peak seasons (e.g., November–December) production and carrier networks may experience delays. Order early to meet event or ceremony dates.
