GIFT + CONCEALED PACKAGING:

All of our external packaging is currently branded with obvious MeritSalute logos. If you'd like your packaging concealed for a gift order, please e-mail or message us right away after placing your order!

E-mails are answered  24 / 7 / 365 . If you haven't heard back from us within 24 hours, then something may be wrong. Most requests are answered within 2 hours or less.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We offer free shipping on items over $35.

We ship using USPS six days a week, with 95% of all packages going out within 1- 2 days from the time they are completed! If you require different shipping or faster delivery times, please message or email us immediately after placing your order. MeritSalute is not responsible for shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please double check your address when you order! 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING + DUTIES/IMPORT:

We ship to nearly every country worldwide. Customers are 100% responsible for all Duty/VAT/Customs fees, so please check on your own countries policies for expected costs involved. We do not offer express services for international, due to the high cost and poor reliability. International delivery times are generally between 2-3 weeks. 

SHIPPING DELAYS:

Most mail carriers are currently experiencing a high volume of mail and a shortage of workers. Most USA packages are delivered within 3-5 days shipping via USPS (US Post office), but tracking scan updates, package handling and delivery times have been slowed substantially. Unfortunately we cannot take full responsibility in getting your package to you in the event of carrier loss or mishandling. We are 100% at their mercy once they accept custody of the item. Because of this, we  cannot guarantee package delivery times, and can't offer refunds on lost packages and shipping due to a missed delivery expectation.

RETURN POLICY:

I'll accept any non-personalized item back within 30 days of receipt. Items must be either unused, or in sellable condition. For personalized items, all sales are final due to the customized nature. If one of the products we manufacture is found to be defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you. Customers are expected to cover shipping costs unless a mistake has been made on our end. Please e-mail me if you have questions, as I always want to make sure you're happy with your purchase!
